ELITE - High School Leadership Program
SAMBICA takes leadership and spiritual growth to the next level in our Emerging Leaders Intensive Training Experience (ELITE).
ELITE Summer Programs- ELITE participants work alongside of summer staff, learn to work as a team, develop life skills, earn service hours for school, and build friendships.
ELITE Non-Summer Programs- We have many opportunities to develop leadership skills, grow spiritually, gain service hours, and become closer to God. See what we are doing in the off-season.
Team Building
From games and low initiatives to group interaction and personality styles training, SAMBICA offers a wide variety of tools to help your team work together more efficiently. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of your group.
Contract Positions
SAMBICA welcomes a small number of individuals to our staff every year to serve in a one year contract position (Sept - June). This program is a great opportunity for anyone desiring experience in camp ministry.
